MASTER STONE

Master Stone is a mixed-use building located in the MU23 district of the New Administrative Capital. The project integrates medical clinics, administrative offices, and residential units, in addition to two dedicated commercial floors. What sets Master Stone apart is its generous allocation of landscape and open spaces, creating a balanced and inviting environment. With its comprehensive layout, the building is designed to meet diverse user needs—whether commercial, medical, administrative, or residential—making it a self-sufficient and vibrant urban destination.

PYRAMIDS

Pyramids is a residential-only development that blends modern living with timeless elegance. Designed to offer comfort, privacy, and functionality, the project focuses exclusively on residential buildings, providing well-planned spaces tailored to contemporary lifestyles. With thoughtful architecture and a serene atmosphere, Pyramids creates a balanced and refined living environment for its residents.

The administrative building is characterized by its modern and simple exterior elevations as well as its uniqueness. It is
found in MU23 District

MOONREAL TOWER

Moonreal Tower, by ERG Developments, is a landmark mixed-use skyscraper rising in the heart of Downtown New Capital, with a total area of 11,001 m². The project comprises a ground floor and 25 upper floors, including 4 commercial floors, 2 podium levels spanning 4,700 m², and dedicated outdoor areas designed for kiosks and seating—measuring 2,200 m² and 300 m² respectively. The tower also offers typical floors of 1,700 m² that accommodate administrative offices, medical clinics, and hotel apartments. Strategically positioned directly in front of the Monorail and extending alongside the Green River, Moonreal Tower enjoys direct proximity to key landmarks in the New Capital. The project features full-scope design, including exterior architecture, landscape, and urban integration.

MAADI GATES

Maadi Mixed-Use Complex is a modern development in Zahraa Al Maadi, covering 10,038 m². It features commercial units, offices, clinics, and residential spaces within a unified architectural design. The structure includes a ground floor, two podiums, and ten tower floors, offering a balanced mix of function and urban living. Strategically located, it serves as a dynamic hub for diverse user needs

UCD TOWER

UCD Tower is a commercial and medical tower located in a uniquely strategic area. The design blends modern architecture with the authenticity of the El Merghany District. The tower is distinguished by its open views, as it is situated on two vibrant streets, offering visibility and accessibility from multiple directions.

CASCADA MALL

Cascada Mall is a mixed-use development by Golden Town, located in the New Capital and spanning 2,665.4 m². The project comprises a ground floor and 10 upper floors, integrating commercial spaces, administrative offices, and hotel apartments. A signature feature of the mall is its suspended panoramic restaurant overlooking a dynamic water cascade, offering a unique leisure experience. Strategically positioned just 2 minutes from the Green River and 1 minute from the Monorail station, Cascada Mall combines accessibility with modern architectural design. The full scope includes exterior architecture, landscape, and interior design, delivering a cohesive and elegant urban destination.

MONARQUE SCHOOL

MONARQUE International School, located in the Diplomatic District of the New Capital and spanning 25,516 m², is a landmark educational facility designed with a strong emphasis on both functionality and aesthetics. The school features a distinctive façade with a welcoming entrance, complemented by a thoughtfully crafted landscape that includes multiple sports courts, swimming pools, pergolas, and a suspended running track. Its design integrates softscape and hardscape elements to create a vibrant and inspiring learning environment, with comprehensive work across exterior, interior, landscape, and architectural aspects.

REGENCY BUSINESS TOWER 3

Regency Business Tower III is a mixed-use project by Regency Developments, located in the heart of the New Administrative Capital. Spanning an area of 2,619 m², the tower consists of a ground floor and 10 upper levels, dedicated to commercial units and administrative offices. The project emphasizes exterior architecture and landscape integration, offering a modern business environment that combines functionality with visual appeal. Positioned within a well-connected urban zone, it stands as a dynamic destination for enterprises seeking visibility and accessibility in Egypt’s fast-growing capital.

REGENCY BUSINESS TOWER 2

Regency Business Tower II is a mixed-use development by Regency Developments, located in the New Administrative Capital with a total area of 1,385 m². The project consists of a ground floor and 10 upper floors, offering a combination of commercial spaces and medical clinics. The location was strategically selected to ensure seamless access via the city’s key infrastructure, including the Monorail, main axes, and major road networks. The tower’s architectural design focuses on maximizing visibility, functionality, and integration within the surrounding urban fabric, with a clear emphasis on the exterior form and modern identity.

SKY CAPITAL PARK

Sky Capital Mall, developed by Better House, is a commercial project located within the Sky Capital Compound in the R7 district of the New Administrative Capital. Spanning 6,220 m², the mall consists of a ground floor and two upper levels, offering a well-planned retail experience. Designed with accessibility in mind, it features two main entrances—one from inside the compound and another from the outside—ensuring smooth circulation. A dedicated kids' area near the main entrance adds a family-friendly dimension to the mall’s architectural and exterior design.

DINERO MALL

Dinero Mall, by Golden Town Developments, is a mixed-use project located in Downtown New Capital, spanning 5,019.6 m². The building consists of a ground floor and 14 upper floors, comprising commercial spaces, administrative offices, and hotel apartments. Strategically situated near key landmarks such as Al-Masa Hotel, the Governmental District, the Financial District, and the City of Arts and Culture, the project offers both prime location and visibility. Dinero Mall features a smart façade system, designed with responsive sunshades that adapt to solar exposure, enhancing both energy efficiency and architectural identity. The Suez Compound is located in New Cairo at the intersection of the Suez Road and Teseen Street, spanning 560 acres. It is a fully serviced residential compound that also includes administrative, medical, and commercial zones, creating a fully integrated community for living and working.

Located in Nasr City, this project spans 25,830 square meters. It is a mixed-use development distinguished by its tall towers and its internal view of a beautifully designed landscape on the podium roof. NORTH COAST RESORT

This resort, located on Egypt’s North Coast, spans a vast area of 800 acres. It is a full-scale coastal destination designed to offer a luxurious holiday experience, featuring residential units and a variety of leisure facilities—all set in a prime beachside location.

R8 - C1 B COMPOUND

This compound is situated in the R8 district of the New Administrative Capital and covers 33 acres. It is a residential development offering a variety of housing units, designed to provide a well-rounded living experience in one of the capital’s most promising and rapidly developing areas.
